    This was great, I never had it before. The lemon olive oil was the key for the flavor. Must post recipe. Please!

    Insalata Caprese, epicurious.com. I used Meyer Lemon EVOO and a splash of
    white peach balsamic from www,oldtownoil.com and lemon zest. So happy you
    liked it.
