Edie's Caribbean spiced pecan sweet potatoes

    Potato Ingredients:
    3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
    2/3 cup white sugar
    ¼ cup butter, softened
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    ½ cup milk
    2 eggs, beaten

    Topping ingredients:
    1 cup packed light brown sugar
    1 cup chopped pecans
    ½ cup all-purpose flour
    1/3 cup butter, softened

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
    In large mixing bowl combine all potato ingredients, mix well pour into prepared baking dish.
    In medium mixing bowl, combine topping ingredients, mix well. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
